The Neurodiversity Foundation, NDFND, builds national infrastructure that helps neurodivergent individuals thrive across education, employment, health, and community life. NDFND is a neurodivergent-led 501(c)(3) organization supporting autistic individuals and the broader neurodivergent community, including people with ADHD, learning differences, executive-function challenges, and co-occurring conditions. Founded in 2016, NDFND supports large-scale, multi-state initiatives through applied research, technology, partnerships, and evidence-to-implementation frameworks. NDFND works with federal, state, institutional, workforce, healthcare, education, and community partners to improve outcomes at national scale.
